Our Policies


Trials are offered in order to try a class. If you would like to try one of our classes, we offer a $10 trial fee. You may sign-up online in the Customer Portal, for your trial or at the kiosk in our lobby.



Our tuition is based on month to month and tuition is due on the 1st of each month, and you will be automatically billed on the first of each month. We charge a $65 Annual Registration Fee upon enrollment, plus the cost of your class tuition. The $65 Annual Registration Fee covers the entire family and will automatically renew on the date in which you have initially enrolled. To enroll in classes, please sign-up online in our Customer Portal or at the kiosk, located in the lobby for your convenience. 


If monthly tuition is not collected, a late fee of $25 will be charged on the 2nd of the month. If we fail to receive payment, your account will be sent to collections.


If you choose to pause your account at any point, you must give Mpact notice, 1 month in advance. You can request to be placed on a Wait List for your class through the Customer Portal. Once Mpact approves the request, you will be placed on a wait list, no longer than 3 months. After the 3 months, Mpact Sports will remove you from the Wait List. When you pause your account, your monthly tuition will stop, but the $65 Annual Registration Fee will automatically be renewed upon the original date you initially signed up. Being placed on a Wait List, will hold your spot in the class, but is not a guarantee that space will be available. Space will be on a first come first serve basis. There will be no fee to be placed on a Wait List.


If you decide to withdraw from a class, you must do so online on the Customer Portal or at the front desk, 30 days prior to the 1st of the following month. (Ex: You withdraw June 15th for the month of August classes) By withdrawing from a class, you will eliminate the $65 Annual Registration Fee, plus monthly tuition. Upon re-enrollment, you must pay the $65 Annual Registration Fee again. 


Customers can request a Make-up class after the class is missed, not before the class takes place. You may request to schedule your make-up online in the Customer Portal.
