Our Policies

TRIALS

Trials are offered in order to try a class. If you would like to try one of our classes, we offer a trial class for $10. You may sign-up online in the Customer Portal, for your trial or at the front desk.

 

ENROLLMENTS

Our tuition is based on month to month and tuition is due on the 1st of each month, and you will be automatically charged on the first of each month. We charge a $65 Annual Registration Fee upon enrollment, plus the cost of your class tuition. The $65 Annual Registration Fee covers the entire family and will automatically renew on the date in which you have initially enrolled. To enroll in classes, please sign-up online in our Customer Portal or at the front desk.

We are an all year round program with the exception of homeschool classes for Summer.

LATE FEES

If monthly tuition is not collected by the 1st of every month, a late fee of $30 will be charged on the 2nd of the month. If we fail to receive payment, your account will be sent to collections.

HOLDS

If you choose to pause your account at any point, you must give Mpact notice, 1 month in advance. When you pause your account, your monthly tuition will be $25.00, but the $65 Annual Registration Fee will automatically be renewed upon the original date you initially signed up. By placing your account on hold it will hold your spot in the class. 

WITHDRAWLS

If you decide to withdraw from a class, you must do so online on the Customer Portal, at the front desk, or via email 30 days prior to the 1st of the following month. (Ex: You withdraw June 15th for the month of August classes) By withdrawing from a class, you will eliminate the $65 Annual Registration Fee, plus monthly tuition. Upon re-enrollment, you must pay the $65 Annual Registration Fee again. No verbal withdrawals are accepted. 

Requests to drop a class received between the 1st and 15th of the month will be effective at the end of the current month. 

Requests to drop a class received between the 16th and 30th of the month will be effective at the end of the following month.

 

CLASS CANCELATION POLICY

Request to drop your class must be made with written notification via email to info@mpactsports.com or by picking up a drop form and delivering it to our office. Requests via phone or through your coach will NOT be honored. Your child will remain enrolled in class and you will continue to be charged for that class until you provide WRITTEN NOTIFICATION. We do not prorate, credit or refund for classes not attended.  ​

I understand that a 30-day written notice is required to terminate billing and I am responsible for payment whether or not my student attends classes until I notify this facility in writing to drop my student from class(es).

MAKE-UPS

Customers can request a Make-up class after the class is missed, not before the class takes place. You may request to schedule your make-up online in the Customer Portal. 

 

PRIVATE LESSONS

If you are interested in a private lesson with one of our coaching staff, please email us at info@mpactsports to request a one on one coaching session. Pricing for private lessons may vary by coaches and space may be limited.

CAMP CANCELATION POLICY

There are no credits or refunds for cancelled or unused camp days. 

SUMMER CAMP CHANGE POLICY

Rescheduling days are only permitted with advanced notice and are based upon availability, not guaranteed.

Daily Rate Change Fee:

There is a $5.00 fee per child/per day for days you wish to change that have already been reserved.   

 

Weekly Rate Change Fee:

There is a $25.00 fee to change a single day from a camp week originally at the weekly rate. 

Same-Day Registration Policy

When space permits, we allow same-day enrollment. Members & Non-members will be charged a $10 same-day registration fee for camp days.
