Mpact Mini Me's Preschool Gymnastics is designed to promote physical, social and cognitive development in children 6 months to 5 years old. Founded in educational gymnastics, the Mini Me's curriculum focuses on age appropriate gymnastics activities that foster coordination, balance, core strength, bilateral awareness and flexibility. Mini Me's Preschool Gymnastics provides important life lessons in self-awareness, courage, success and friendship.

All classes begin at the time of enrollment.

MINI MUNCHKINS
Designed for babies learning to sit and crawl. Mini Munchkins provides our littlest scooters with age appropriate learning activities that focus on whole baby development. Parents are given opportunities to help their mini move, reach, and grasp in a baby safe environment that is rich with color, sound, and tactile experiences. Babies will learn lessons in social awareness through interacting with other friends. This is a Parent and Me style class.

MINI ONE'S
Mini One's are ready to move! With their newly developing upright mobility, they love to explore! Mini One's are beginning to understand words and ideas. We provide enriching activities in a safe and fun environment. Mini One's learn self-awareness through developmentally appropriate gymnastics activities such as stepping, rolling, balancing, sliding, and swinging.

MINI TWO'S
The Mini Two's curriculum offers opportunities for gross motor skill development with whole body activities in developmentally appropriate circuits. Mini Two's learn to run with developing synchronization; step, hold and balance on alternate feet, roll forward, and backwards on a wedge with a spot; and transfer weight from feet to hands and back.

MINI THREE'S
The Mini Three's curriculum is designed to provide skill development on Floor, Beam, Bars, Rings, Pommel Horse, Parallel Bars and Vault. Three's work on forward & backward rolls, cartwheels, and L-handstands, as well as hanging and supporting on a bar. They increase their balance with Beam, speed and coordination with Vault, their grip strength with Bars & Rings and build up their stability with Pommel Horse and Parallel Bars. This level introduces them to the full sized Olympic Gymnastics equipment.

MINI
FOUR'S/FIVE'S
The Mini Four/Five's curriculum starts to transition into a mini Rec Gymnastics class, using all of the Olympic Gymnastics equipment. Four/Five's work on forward & backward rolls as well as bridges, L-handstands, and cartwheels. Mini Four/Five's work relevés, kicks, jumps & arabesques on Beam. They work on pullovers, casts, glides, & re-grip swings for Bars. Mini Four/Five's also work running punches on spring boards for Vault with squat position landings. Mini Four/Five's work on support holds & tuck throughs on Pommel Horse as well as swings on Rings & Parallel Bars.
