Skill Clinics
Clinics are great for extra practice and as an introduction to a popular skill.
Clinics are held on Saturdays from 12:30-2:00 pm. The cost is $25 per child for members and $30 for non-members. Spots fill quickly so be sure to register sooner than later!

Back Handspring Clinics
Everyone wants to learn a back handspring! What better way to learn and achieve one than attending a clinic dedicated to the technique and execution of a back handspring? Students will have multiple stations where coaches lead the way while covering the basics of tumbling, break down the back handspring in parts, and spot back handsprings.

Cartwheel Clinics
A proper cartwheel is essential in gymnastics and tumbling for safety and skill progression. Join our Cartwheel Clinics to focus on the technique and execution of a cartwheel. Students will have multiple stations where coaches teach the proper ways of performing a cartwheel by explaining terms and movements, spotting, and allowing plenty of stations that help each part of the cartwheel.

OLYMPIC SHOWCASE
Introducing the Olympic Showcase. This showcase is a great way for your athlete to show off the tricks and skills they have been learning in class. You'll witness Tumblers flipping and twisting, Cheerleaders rallying up the crowd, Aerialists soaring like eagles, and gymnasts of all sizes showcasing their jaw-dropping routines. The Ninjas will tackle epic challenges, while the Martial Artists will amaze you with their forms, sparring, and board-breaking skills. And if that's not enough, buckle up for the Fight Club's epic sparring matches. This show is going to be one wild ride!
