Non-traditional taekwondo taught by the World Welterweight Kickboxing Champion Eric Melton.
Emphasis on character, self-defense, strength and life skills. Class will focus on Taekwondo forms and techniques, specialized breaking and martial arts training.

NINJA & GYMNASTICS
AGES 6+
Kids with experience of any level, from beginner to advanced are welcome. Train at your own pace, but you will be challenged to push your limits. Learn to test your balance, connecting tricks, obstacle training, as well as fall training. Come build up your strength and endurance.
