Gymnastics & Tumbling Coaches

We are seeking gymnastics coaches for our preschool, recreational gymnastics, tumbling and cirque classes.

-Preschool needs experience working with children, and recreational gymnastics and tumbling-coaches experience is preferred. Pay is based on coaching experience and certifications.

-Experience and knowledge in Circus/Aerial Silks/Acro is a plus.

-Qualifications: Gymnastics and gymnastics coaching experience required- willing to train the perfect candidate.

-Must be enthusiastic, dependable, punctual and patient. Must also be a team player and have a good knowledge of skills and strong communication skills with students and parents. Available to work evenings and Saturday mornings. (10-12 hrs. a week)

- Willing to work other Special Events throughout the month. INCLUDE ON RESUME: Work experience relating to the job applying for and references.

Job Type: Part-time: Monday- Saturday $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Special Event Staff

We are looking for enthusiastic and engaging individuals to help out with birthday parties and special events here at Mpact. 

Must be able to work a minimum of 1 weekend a month.

Summer Camp Counselors

We are looking for enthusiastic and engaging individuals to serve as Summer Day Camp Counselors. Counselors are responsible for providing a safe, caring environment for the children.

Monday-Friday. Gymnastics, Tumbling, or Martial Arts experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Helps supervise and interact with /coach a group of children from ages 3 and up.

  • Helps plan and implement program activities.

  • Assist in the daily cleaning and maintenance of equipment, supplies and facility.

  • Attends staff meetings and training's.

  • Follows all policies, rules, regulations and procedures, including those related to medical and disciplinary situations emergency and safety procedures. Completes incident and accident reports as necessary.

  • Other duties may be assigned.

Ages 16 and up

Pay based on experience.

Part-Time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Women's JO Gymnastics Team Coach

Are YOU the right Coach to lead our growing USAG Women's Gymnastics Team?

Are YOU humble of spirit, yet have the heart of a lion & lead as such?

Then…maybe YOU are meant to be with us at Mpact Sports in the Nashville TN area.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in developing technical progressions, spotting, and be very organized. Creative choreography is a plus but not necessary! You must be able to relate well with all ages & levels, have a professional demeanor and great communication skills. Being a team player is a must. You must also be capable of running a positive program that encourages and motivates!

You will need a minimum of 2 year’s experience coaching women’s competitive teams. Positions are considered Full-time, paid time off and paid holidays. All candidates must be a USA Gymnastics Member, Safe Sport Certified, and have a clean USAG Background Check. Compensation and benefits will reflect the individuals experience and certifications. This position will start in April 2023!
